We hold stock in both the UK and Australia, and take payment by direct bank transfer in GBP, AUD, EUR or USD depending on where you're ordering from. Most transfers clear within a few hours, and your order ships the same or next business day.

UK orders pay in GBP, Australian orders in AUD, European orders in EUR, and everywhere else in USD — using whichever local bank transfer method suits you (including PayID/Osko for Australian banks).

Add your peptides to cart, choose Bank Transfer at checkout, and complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with our bank account details and a unique order reference.

Log in to your bank's app or online banking the same way you normally would — it works the same regardless of which currency account you're paying into.

Enter our details and your order reference 30 SEC
Create a new payee using the account details from your confirmation email — Sort Code for UK, BSB for Australia, IBAN for Europe, or Routing Number for the US. Enter the exact amount shown, and add your order number in the reference field — this is how we match your payment to your order.

Confirm the transfer in your app. Many banks (like UK Faster Payments or Australian PayID/Osko) deliver within minutes; some transfers take a few hours. Once funds land, your order ships same or next business day.
Where do I get the bank details?
For security, your account details are not published on this page. They're sent to you in two places the moment you complete checkout:
- The order confirmation screen you see immediately after placing your order
- A confirmation email to the address you used at checkout
Both include your account details, account name, the exact amount to send, and your unique order reference. Copy them straight into your banking app.
Always include your order reference
The reference field (sometimes called description or message) is how we match your transfer to your order. Without it we can't process your order automatically.

- Don't leave the reference blank
- Don't add notes like "peptides" or "research" — keep it to your order number
Send the exact amount
Transfer the full total shown at checkout — to the cent. Rounding down or sending a different amount delays processing because our system won't auto-match it.

- Once funds clear, we send a payment-received email and dispatch your order same or next business day.
