White Lion Scientific Ltd (company number 17075971), trading as Peptide Clyde (“Peptide Clyde”, “we”, “us”), registered office at Radley House, Grangefield Industrial Estate, Pudsey, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS28 6LE, United Kingdom, operates peptideclyde.webcoder-dev.com. These terms govern every order placed through the site, whether you’re ordering from the UK, Australia, or elsewhere.

2. Research Use Only

Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use by qualified professionals. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and are not sold with any medical, therapeutic, or performance claim of any kind.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, purchasing in a professional or research capacity, and that you accept full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use of the products in your jurisdiction. Full detail is in our Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. Accepting these terms

Placing an order means you accept these terms in full. If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t place an order, and get in touch so we can help.

4. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can, including purity and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) data published on the relevant product page — see our Certificates of Analysis. Batch-specific CoAs are available on request. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before an order is dispatched, and will contact you if that affects your order.

5. Orders

An order you place is an offer to buy; it isn’t accepted until we dispatch it (or confirm it by email). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock runs out, if we suspect misuse contrary to Section 2, or if there’s a pricing error — in which case you’ll be refunded in full.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown in GBP for UK orders and AUD for Australian orders, inclusive of VAT/GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider(s), currently including NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payment. We do not store your payment details.

7. Shipping

Orders placed and cleared before 2pm are dispatched the same day, with tracking provided on every order. Free express shipping applies on UK orders over £50 and worldwide orders over £200 (see the banner on site for current thresholds). We hold stock in both the UK and Australia and dispatch from whichever location suits your order. International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, or delays outside our control — these are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

8. Cancellations and returns

UK customers: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and unused — given these are research materials sold in sealed condition, we can’t accept opened items back for hygiene and integrity reasons, in line with the standard exemption for sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return once unsealed.

Australian customers: your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in this policy, including guarantees around acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

9. Faulty or damaged goods

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos where possible, and we’ll replace it or refund it — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or Australian Consumer Law aren’t limited by anything in these terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, branding, CoA formatting, images — belongs to Peptide Clyde or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to misrepresent our products as intended for human consumption or medical use, or to attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation.

12. Limitation of liability

We’re liable for losses caused by our negligence or breach of these terms that are a foreseeable result of that breach. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of our products outside their stated research purpose. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t legally be limited.

13. Events outside our control

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather, and similar.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and UK courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that nothing here removes the statutory protections Australian customers have under the Australian Consumer Law, which continue to apply where relevant.

15. Complaints

If something’s gone wrong, email [email protected] first — most things are solvable directly and quickly. We are not currently part of a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one live on the site when you place it.
